We are comprised of over 40 insurance professionals who administer claims arising from policies sold through our Naperville, Los Angeles and Kansas City underwriting offices. Our mission is to provide the best possible service through experienced claims handling and proactive strategies. Key components of our service include immediate loss reporting through our 24/7, 365 days per year claims hotline. Claims may also be reported by fax, online or mail. We pride ourselves in completing timely investigations while keeping the lines of communication open with our customers. By combining experience and technology with the understanding that every customer is important, we will assist you as we navigate through the claims process together.
Fraudulent claims cost the insurance business billions of dollars each year. Those costs are ultimately paid by the consumer. We accept the on-going challenge to protect our customers from fraudulent claims practices.
As a member of the IAT Group of companies, TRANSGUARD is committed to an active fraud avoidance program. By working closely with our "in-house" Investigative Services Unit and in conjunction with the Insurance Services Office and the National Insurance Crime Bureau, our team of experienced professionals has been trained in identifying fraud and will diligently protect your interests during the claims process.
As part of the claim process, we examine each situation carefully to determine if all or part of the loss can be recovered. By working closely with each adjuster, our "in house" subrogation analyst explores every avenue to ensure that losses are minimized whenever possible. Because each loss affects your loss experience, we will work aggressively to recover from at-fault parties to keep your loss experience down.
