TRANSGUARD has been dedicated to insuring the transportation industry since 1973. We are fortunate to have an executive staff with over 100 combined years of industry experience. Our leadership group includes: Larry Writt, Senior Vice President, Steve Skov, Vice President-Actuarial, Mike Keeling, Vice President-Claims, Annette Pierson, Assistant Vice President-Information Technology and Carmen Lackouitz, Director-Finance and Administration. Each member of our group and their staff are ready to serve you.

The California underwriting office is led by Carole Boettcher, managing Vice President. Carole brings her over 30 years of expertise in the storage, transportation and relocation industries to each policyholder serviced through this location.

Our Kansas City, Missouri location is home to our Independent Contractor Underwriting Group. Leadership of this group is provided by Dave Logan, Director-Underwriting. This location houses our TransGuard General Agency, Inc. branch office operation which is headed up by Scott Miller, managing Vice President. These individuals are experts dedicated to the Independent Contractor segment for TRANSGUARD. Dave and Scott, along with their experienced staff, will assist you with any questions regarding the programs made available through the exclusive membership benefits offered by the National Association of Independent Truckers, LLC (NAIT).
